Option "A"/ Contract Printing  The client / artist / publisher will provide all costs for materials and labor for the production of the client's edition (s) of prints listed below in this contract. Costs are listed in  PART TWO of this contract.

The studio will provide framing and promote the sales of  works both in the studio and at agreed upon locations from the edition (s) and receive 30% of the proceeds for a period of  ___________ .

Option "B"/ Publishing Contract Texas Collaborative Arts will provide all costs for materials and labor for the production of the client's edition (s) of prints listed below in this contract.

The studio will sell works from the edition (s) to cover the materials and labor to produce the editions before the client will receive 50% of each additional sale.

This arrangement will be in force for the entire term of this contract beginning ___/___/___ and ending ___/___/___ or _____  year (s) from the time production begins and proceeds calculated from the time of the first sale. 

At the termination of this contract both the client ant the studio are to receive half of each of the remaining prints from each of the editions.

The client will be paid within a 30 day period from the time of sale and collection of funds from the buyer in any case.

PART TWO / COSTS :
1. Cost of collaboration is $500 per day or $75 per hour. Records will be kept and provided for both parties by the studio. Studio provides materials.
2. Cost of producing editions is $500 per day / $75 per hour or 12.5% of the retail value of the edition as agreed upon.  Records will be kept and provided for both parties by the studio. Studio provides 
materials.
